Did you know that 62% of divorced people do not have wills compared to 42% overall? This is according to respondents to a recent survey by the Value Examiner.
Please download my Post Divorce Checklist and make sure you set up a new will and trust, especially if you have minor children and gross assets in excess of $150,000 for California residents. Otherwise your estate will end up in the probate courts.
